Our Serre Chevalier hotel provides you with high-quality services, tailored to your holiday plans, in a stunning mountain setting deep in the Southern French Alps. At the Maison Alliey - Monetier les bains BAR, you’ll find a selection to suit all tastes as well as discoveries of unexpected grape varieties in a range of white, red or rosé wines. An appealing choice of blonde, amber and dark beers (local or Belgian), aperitifs and soft drinks are also available.
For an indulgent teatime, we serve a delicious range of coffees, teas and hot chocolates.
And if you’re feeling peckish, the Maison Alliey - Monetier les bains BAR can rustle up tasty Surf & Turf platters, made up of either traditionally cooked rillettes using locally caught seafood or the finest Italian cured meats.
Open daily from 4.30pm to 10pm to Maison Alliey residents and visitors alike, whether you book ahead or on a walk-in basis.

We serve mainly ORGANIC products together with a choice of premium breads and pastries... not forgetting our traditional jams, fresh hen’s eggs and local Alpine cheese (tomme). Remember to book it in advance

Hervé Buisson, the owner, gives pride of place to highly individual wines and local Alpine wines.

If by any chance a particular wine is no longer available, it’s because we don't like to transport our bottles during unsuitable periods, without leaving the wine enough time to find its balance at altitude.
